I needed some seating in my office. When clients come, they are not here for a long time, but I don't want to leave them standing. So, I really didn't want to buy new, it seemed like such a waste. I just needed something plain and simple. I lucked out one day and found 2 little chairs, spray painted them black and then added polka dots to incorporate the colors in my office. Now you've gotta know, I love contact paper. But I went to see my friend who owns a sign shop. I knew she had a lot of scrap vinyl and asked if she could cut some circles for me, and told her I was more than happy to pay. (You may have your own tool for this if you scrapbook) I was just looking for a fast and easy fix. She said go pick your colors and tell me how many and what size. And she didn't even charge me! How cool is that? People are always surprised with the polka dots and want to know where I got them...really!
